In ancient Rome, the scriba (Latin, plural scribae) was a public notary or clerk (scrivener).
We are NFT Scriba, an on-chain public notary ledger as means to bridge DeFi with real life goods.
NFT Scriba is made with love by Bahamas Sand Dollar LLC, a Miami Beach company. Operating the business in locations we have physical presence and with properties we know in person in Florida, in the Bahamas and Southeast Brazil. This business model was created to serve ourselves first, as we have bought a lovely residency we always wanted in a Caribbean paradise but ownership titles were deficient for this particular island and therefore we hardened it with digital signatures widely accepted in the place as well as blockchain ledger entries. Real estate and auto brokered by NFT Scriba is always registered both as a blockchain contract whereas the address, transaction ID and transaction details are also registered in local public notary. A print certificate with such information is emitted, completely hardening the title of ownership allowing it to exist forever in the blockchain while making sure the contract address is well known to all parties of interest.
Technologically speaking, blockchain is a digital mathematically proven ledger which makes it the perfect replacement or companion for traditional notary public service providers: a distributed decentralized public notary for title of ownership registration. NFT are crypto-assets to register informational data about non-fungible goods in such ledger. NFT Scriba was named after the scriba, a public notary or clerk of the ancient Roman government[1].

What we do
We provide on-chain DeFi public notary services and brokerage. We provide the technology and business opportunities as mean to own non-fungible goods and assets which are also tangible and scarse in real life. Focusing on home and auto we aim at providing means to swap ownership of real estate propeties, cars, motorbikes and boats.
We particularly seek for that "unique" opportunities. It's known that a house, a car and a boat are scarse goods. They are tangible too, but how non-fungible they really are? It's ok to own and supply wholesale houses in a standard neighbourhood developed with standard reproduced projects, as it's ok to provide and own just another car out of the mass car production plant.
But we are particularly interested and focus on really unique and really non-fungible goods, the very exclusive opportunities. This is how we started and how we stand out in the market.

NF Scriba provides the technology, the platform, technical consulting and legal consulting. We work to ensure the deal is completely safe for both buyer and seller and we bridge them together to swap their non-fungible economic goods.
We always include legal consulting and lawyer revision of contracts in the business to make sure it is not contrary to local regulation.
